Eligible Returns

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days if:

1- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
2- You received the wrong product
3- The product arrived damaged or defective
Important: Perfumes must be unused and sealed to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

1- Used or opened perfumes
2- Products purchased on sale (unless defective)
3- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Exchange Process

1- Contact our support team with your order number
2- Share product images (if damaged/incorrect)
3- Our team will verify and confirm your request
4- The courier will collect the item and deliver your replacement

Refunds

Refunds are issued as:

1- Store credit
2- Bank transfer (in eligible cases)
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after inspection.
